Section 01

Privacy Policy

Section 02

Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern all services provided by futurelogicworks, registered at Vestergade 40, 8000 Aarhus C, Danmark ("we," "us," or "our") to you ("Client" or "you").

1. Scope of Services

futurelogicworks provides creative studio services including but not limited to motion graphics, art direction, brand identity design, digital media production, 3D visualization, social content creation, web creative assets, and campaign visual systems. The specific scope of services is defined in individual project agreements or statements of work.

2. Quotations and Pricing

All quotations are valid for 30 days from the date of issue unless otherwise stated. Prices quoted are exclusive of VAT unless explicitly stated. Payment terms are net 14 days from invoice date unless agreed otherwise in writing.

3. Project Execution

  • Project timelines commence upon receipt of the initial payment or signed agreement, whichever occurs first.
  • Delays caused by the Client in providing required materials, feedback, or approvals may extend the project timeline proportionally.
  • Change requests outside the original scope will be quoted separately and require written approval before execution.

4. Intellectual Property

Upon full payment, all final deliverables and associated intellectual property rights are transferred to the Client. futurelogicworks retains the right to display completed work in portfolios and promotional materials unless a non-disclosure agreement is in place. Preliminary concepts, drafts, and unused work remain the property of futurelogicworks.

5. Client Obligations

The Client agrees to:

  • Provide all necessary materials, briefs, and assets in a timely manner.
  • Designate a single point of contact for project communications.
  • Provide constructive feedback within agreed review windows.
  • Ensure all provided materials do not infringe on third-party intellectual property rights.

6. Limitation of Liability

futurelogicworks shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Our total liability shall not exceed the total amount paid by the Client for the specific service giving rise to the claim. We are not responsible for damages resulting from misuse, unauthorized modifications, or third-party actions on delivered assets.

7. Confidentiality

Both parties agree to maintain the confidentiality of proprietary information shared during the course of the engagement. This obligation survives the termination of the agreement for a period of 24 months.

8. Termination

Either party may terminate the agreement with 14 days' written notice. In the event of termination, the Client shall pay for all work completed up to the date of termination. Work in progress will be delivered in its current state upon settlement of outstanding invoices.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Denmark. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Aarhus, Denmark.

Section 04

Refund Policy

This Refund Policy applies to all services provided by futurelogicworks, registered at Vestergade 40, 8000 Aarhus C, Danmark.

1. General Policy

Due to the bespoke nature of creative services, refunds are evaluated on a case-by-case basis. We are committed to client satisfaction and will work to resolve any issues before considering refund requests.

2. Cancellation Before Work Commences

If a project is cancelled before any work has begun, a full refund of any advance payment will be issued within 14 business days.

3. Cancellation During Active Project

If a project is cancelled mid-execution, the Client will be invoiced for all work completed up to the date of cancellation. Any overpayment beyond the work completed will be refunded within 14 business days.

4. Deliverable Disputes

If the delivered work materially deviates from the agreed scope and brief, the Client must notify us within 7 days of delivery. We will endeavor to correct the deliverable at no additional cost. If correction is not feasible, a partial or full refund may be issued at our discretion.

5. Non-Refundable Items

  • Third-party licensing fees incurred on the Client's behalf.
  • Work that has been approved and signed off by the Client.
  • Services rendered under a non-refundable agreement as specified in the project contract.

6. Process

Refund requests must be submitted in writing to [email protected] with a description of the issue and relevant project details. We will acknowledge receipt within 3 business days and provide a resolution within 14 business days.
